- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. mung bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Freshly floor black pepper, to style
- 4 Chinese language chives or scallions, thinly sliced
- Warmth a 12″ skillet over excessive warmth; add oil, and swirl to coat backside of skillet. Add garlic, and prepare dinner, stirring, till simply golden, about 30 seconds. Add sprouts, soy sauce, and pepper, and prepare dinner, stirring, till sprouts simply start to wilt, about 1 minute. Add chives, and prepare dinner, stirring, till simply wilted, about 15 seconds. Serve instantly.
